我校地处农村,师资和设备都很差。绝大部分教师是解放后才参加教育工作的,其中一部分还是57年以后由小学提拔教初中的。例如数学组五位教师,三位是由小学调来的,一位是由职员改作教师,另一位是56年才从一年制师专毕业的;他们的平均教龄不过三年。学校的校舍很简陋,设备也比较差。54年党委派来党员校长一人,57年学校成立了党的支部。几年来由于支部形成战斗的集体,重视了师生的政治思想
Our school is located in the countryside, with poor teachers and equipment. The vast majority of teachers did not participate in the education work until they were liberated, and some of them did not teach junior high school until 57 years later. For example, there are five mathematics teachers, three of whom are transferred from primary schools, one from a staff member to a teacher, and the other one who graduated from a one-year teacher’s school in 56 years; their average teacher is only three years old. School premises are very simple and equipment is poor. In the year of 54 years, the party committee sent one party president and in 57 years the school established a party branch.
