我校地处农村,师资和设备都很差。绝大部分教师是解放后才参加教育工作的,其中一部分还是57年以后由小学提拔教初中的。例如数学组五位教师,三位是由小学调来的,一位是由职员改作教师,另一位是56年才从一年制师专毕业的;他们的平均教龄不过三年。学校的校舍很简陋,设备也比较差。54年党委派来党员校长一人,57年学校成立了党的支部。几年来由于支部形成战斗的集体,重视了师生的政治思想 Our school is located in the countryside, with poor teachers and equipment.
