目的:研究利用大孔吸附树脂富集纯化白菊花总黄酮的工艺条件及参数。方法:采用正交试验,以菊花总黄酮为评价指标研究大孔吸附树脂纯化菊花总黄酮的工艺条件及参数。通过对各类大孔吸附树脂及洗脱剂浓度等因素的综合考察选出最佳纯化工艺。结果:D101大孔树脂对白菊花总黄酮的吸附性能最好,3BV 60%乙醇洗脱总黄酮,总黄酮得率为2.41%,含量为62.43%。结论:本方法可方便有效地纯化白菊花总黄酮。
Objective: To study the process conditions and parameters for the purification of total flavonoids from white chrysanthemum using macroporous resin. Methods: Orthogonal test was used to evaluate the process conditions and parameters of total flavonoids from chrysanthemum with macroporous resin. Through the comprehensive investigation of various macroporous adsorption resin and eluent concentrations and other factors, the best purification process was selected. Results: The adsorption ability of D101 macroporous resin to total flavonoids of Chrysanthemum morifolium was the best. 3BV 60% ethanol eluted total flavonoids, the total flavonoids yield was 2.41%, and the content was 62.43%. Conclusion: This method can be convenient and effective purification of total flavonoids in white chrysanthemum.
