临高语基本词汇中有一些只与黎语相同或有对应关系而与侗台语族其他语 言差别很大或难以找到对应关系的词语。这样的词主要集中在热带、海洋、山林、稻 作、棉织、习俗等方面，具有鲜明的地域特征和浓厚的民族特色。本文对这些词语进 行了分析，并初步探讨它们的来源，尝试从民族迁徙和民族交流角度揭示蕴含其中的 文化背景。
There are some words in Pro Lingao’s basic vocabulary which are the same as or have corresponding relations with other languages of the Taiwanese language but differ greatly from other languages of the Taiwanese language family or can not be found. Such words are mainly concentrated in tropical, ocean, mountain, rice, cotton, customs and other aspects, with distinct geographical features and strong national characteristics. In this paper, we analyze these terms, discuss their origin and try to reveal the cultural background embedded in them from the perspective of national migration and ethnic exchange.
