我国原油产量增长不多,但馏分却日趋变重,以辽河原油为代表的低硫劣质重原油年产量近千万吨,以悬浮床加氢与延迟焦化工艺加工渣油时,产焦量过大、轻收油率低,影响经济效益。将悬浮床加氢转化工艺与焦地工艺相结合加工这类低流劣质渣油的加工方案可减少生焦量,提高轻油收率,经济效益与焦化方案相近,是值得选用的一种加工方案。
The output of crude oil in China has grown little, but the fraction has become increasingly heavy. The annual output of low-sulfur, low-grade, heavy crude oil represented by Liaohe crude oil is nearly 10 million tons. When the residual oil is processed by suspended bed hydrogenation and delayed coking, the coke yield is too high. Large and light oil collection rates affect economic efficiency. Combining the suspended bed hydroconversion process with the coke process to process such low-flow and low-quality residuum residue can reduce the amount of coke produced and increase the light oil yield. The economic benefit is similar to the coking scheme and is a process worthy of selection. Program.
