目的 研究胰岛素样生长因子 1受体 (IGF1R)在介导 IGF1促糖代谢过程中的作用。方法 建立胰岛素抗性细胞模型、IGF1R封闭细胞模型和 IGF1R高表达细胞模型 ,检测 IGF1对这 3个细胞模型的促糖代谢作用。结果 1IGF1对胰岛素抗性细胞的促糖代谢效应没有被阻抑。 2 IGF1对 IGF1R封闭细胞的降糖效应得到了明显的阻抑。 3IGF1R的高表达 ,大大增强了 IGF1的促糖代谢效应。结论 IGF1R在 IGF1的促糖代谢过程中起着十分重要的作用
Objective To investigate the role of insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF1R) in the process of glucose metabolism stimulated by IGF1. Methods Insulin resistant cell model, IGF1R closed cell model and IGF1R high expression cell model were established to detect the effect of IGF1 on glucose metabolism in these three cell models. Results 1 IGF1 on insulin-resistant cells glucose metabolism effect was not suppressed. 2 IGF1R blocking cells of IGF1R hypoglycemic effect was significantly inhibited. The high expression of 3IGF1R greatly enhanced the glucose-promoting metabolism of IGF1. Conclusion IGF1R plays a very important role in the process of IGF1 glucose metabolism
