广大专武干部是民兵、预备投工作的直接组织领导者。他们兢兢业业,扎扎实实,任劳任怨,常年累月战斗在民兵工作基层。随着经济体制的改革,特别是县(市)人武部移交地方以后,专武干部队伍的建设出现了许多新情况、新问题。我们各级人武部门要十分重视这支队伍的建设,倾听他们的呼声和建议,满腔热忱地解决他们的实际问题。
The majority of military special forces cadres are militia, ready to vote for the direct leadership of the organization. They are conscientious and do a good job in a down-to-earth manner and work hard at the grassroots level for perennial militias. With the reform of the economic system, especially the transfer of the armed forces of the counties (cities) to the local authorities, there have been many new situations and new problems in the construction of the contingent of specialists in the armed forces. Our armed forces departments at all levels should attach great importance to the construction of this contingent, listen to their voices and suggestions, and enthusiastically resolve their actual problems.
