肺纤维化(PF)的主要病理基础为肺间质弥漫性进行性胶原纤维增生。近年的研究表明,中药粉防的提取成份——汉防已甲索(Tet)具有抗纤维化作用。本实验旨在观察 Tet 对博莱霉索(BLM)诱导的实验性PF 肺胶原含量及动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)的作用。
The main pathological basis of pulmonary fibrosis (PF) is diffuse interstitial collagen fibrosis. Recent studies have shown that Tet, an extract of traditional Chinese medicine powder defense, has antifibrotic effects. The purpose of this experiment was to observe the effect of Tet on BLM-induced experimental PF lung collagen content and partial pressure of arterial oxygen (PaO 2 ).
