EV71感染引起的手足口病给婴幼儿身心健康带来巨大危害,科学有效的灭活EV71为预防和控制EV71引起的手足口病的传播流行提供保障。本文采取热力和紫外照射手段,探讨其对EV71灭活的有效性。实验结果表明50℃不能灭活EV71,60℃和70℃能够有效灭活EV71;30cm紫外照射30 min和60 min后EV71因基因组RNA被破坏而失活;然而随着胎牛血清含量的增加,热力和紫外灭活EV71的效果减弱。本文研究结果显示热力和紫外照射均可有效灭活EV71,该结果为阻断EV71的传播提供指导。
Hand-foot-mouth disease caused by EV71 infection has great harm to the physical and mental health of infants and young children. The scientific and effective inactivation of EV71 provides a guarantee for preventing and controlling the spread of hand-foot-mouth disease caused by EV71. In this paper, the use of thermal and UV irradiation means to explore the effectiveness of EV71 inactivated. The results showed that 50 ℃ inactivation of EV71 could effectively inactivate EV71 at 60 ℃ and 70 ℃, while EV71 was inactivated by 30min and 60 min exposure to 30cm UV irradiation. However, with the increase of fetal bovine serum, The effect of heat and UV inactivation of the EV71 is diminished. The results of this study show that heat and ultraviolet radiation can effectively inactivate EV71, the results provide guidance for blocking the spread of EV71.
