颌骨中央性血管瘤是一种较少见的颌骨内血管异常增生的良性血管瘤,主要见于青少年,好发部位在下颌骨,早期并无明显的症状体征,隐蔽性强,常因外伤或者是拔牙造成大出血而危及患者生命[1]。本人就实习期间收治的1例病例报告如下,并就下颌骨中央性血管瘤的文献资料进行分析总结,以期为临床诊治下颌骨中央性血管瘤提供参考。1临床资料患者女,12岁,2012年9月因“左下磨牙区反复牙龈出血 Jaw central hemangioma is a rare benign hemangioma with abnormal angiogenesis in the jaw, mainly seen in adolescents.
