[目的]评价青少年高血压前期对血流动力学的影响。[方法]随机选择青少年86名,男女比例各半。分为两组:正常血压组64例,高血压前期组22例,且均无其他危险因素。应用无创血液动力监护系统,监测心排量(CO)、系统血管阻力(SVR)、系统血管阻力指数(SVRI)、射血前期(PEP)、左心室射血时间(LEVT)、射血分数(EF)等指标。[结果]两组相比CO,PEP,EF有差异但无统计学意义;SVR,SVRI,LEVT有明显统计学差异。[结论]高血压前期青少年其血流动力学已经开始发生改变。
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of prehypertension on hemodynamics in adolescents. [Method] 86 teenagers were randomly selected, with half male to female ratio. Divided into two groups: normal blood pressure group 64 cases, 22 cases of prehypertension group, and no other risk factors. The noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring system was used to monitor the changes of cardiac output (CO), systemic vascular resistance (SVR), systemic vascular resistance index (SVRI), preemptive ejection (PEP), left ventricular ejection time (LEVT) EF) and other indicators. [Results] There were significant differences between the two groups in CO, PEP and EF, but there was no significant difference in SVR, SVRI and LEVT. [Conclusion] The hemodynamics of adolescents with prehypertension has begun to change.
