针对南水北调中线工程35kV专用线路输电距离远、负荷点多、供电可靠性高等特点,首次提出了线路保护与监控互补设计的理念。即利用监控系统的操作功能(故障判别、故障隔离及故障恢复等)弥补35kV专用输电线路保护缺陷(保护动作无选择性等)、利用光纤综保装置的采集功能节省35kV专用输电线路测控终端模块,并借助已建立的光纤通信网构造线路保护及数据通信双通道,以解决保护区与供电区分离的问题。
