我国素以饮食文化著称,两广的生鱼粥,江南的生吃菱角,以及各地的醉虾、醉蟹等都是久负盛名的美食。近年来,许多城市的餐饮企业为追求新、奇、怪而纷纷推出各种以“生吃××”为名目的菜肴作为“特色菜”招揽顾客。还有,在某些所谓的时尚饮食和影视明星们“生食减肥”的推波助澜下,生食正从“旁门左道”逐步转变为都市主流饮食的“某种习惯”。但是,寄生虫病研究专家认为,生食易给肝吸虫、肺吸虫、姜片虫、旋毛虫等寄生虫提供温床。
