井冈山时期,我们党就如何管理好党、军队和政府,进行了不懈探索,逐步建立起一套行之有效的规矩。首先,要立好规矩管好党,使党的组织富有凝聚力战斗力,切实理顺党内民主和管理关系,确立党的领导权威。其次,强化共产党对军队的领导和指挥,宣布三大纪律、八项注意,建立正规红军、地方赤卫队和暴动队三结合的军事体制。再次,工农兵政府要和群众打成一片,全心全意为人民服务。井冈山时期所确立的这些规矩,对于我们在新的历史条件下,进行伟大斗争、建设伟大工程、推进伟大事业、实现伟大梦想,仍然具有借鉴意义。
In the period of Jinggangshan, our party made unremitting explorations on how to manage the party, army and government well and gradually established a well-established set of rules. First of all, we should set a good standard of governing the party, make the party’s organization rich in cohesive combat effectiveness, conscientiously correct the relationship between inner-party democracy and management, and establish the party’s leadership authority. Secondly, we must strengthen the leadership and command of the Communist Party in the military and announce the three major disciplines and eight notices to establish a three-pronged military system of the regular Red Army, the local Red Guards and the riot army. Once again, the government of workers, peasants and soldiers should work together with the masses and serve the people wholeheartedly. These rules established in the period of Jinggangshan still have a reference value for us to carry out great struggles, build great projects, advance great undertakings, and realize great dreams under the new historical conditions.
