为得到优质高强度的高炉金属化球团,研究了不同MgO/SiO2比值和焙烧温度对煤粉添加量为5%的含碳球团性能的影响。结果表明:当含碳球团中的煤粉配比为5%、膨润土配比1.5%、MgO/SiO2一定时,随着焙烧温度(1 200~1 350℃)的升高,成品球团抗压强度呈先增加后降低的趋势,且在1 300℃时强度最大(2 138 N/球)。焙烧温度过低,球团抗压强度较低,但焙烧温度过高,球团内部过熔化,产生大量孔洞,强度也较低。
In order to obtain high-quality high-strength blast furnace metallized pellets, the effects of different MgO / SiO2 ratios and calcination temperatures on the properties of the pellets containing 5% pulverized coal were studied. The results show that with the increase of calcination temperature (1 200 ~ 1 350 ℃), when the proportion of coal in carbon-containing pellets is 5% and the proportion of bentonite is 1.5% and MgO / SiO2 is constant, The compressive strength tended to increase firstly and then decrease, and the strength was the highest at 1 300 ℃ (2 138 N / ball). The roasting temperature is too low, the compressive strength of the pellets is low, but the roasting temperature is too high, the inside of the pellets is over melted, a large number of holes are generated, and the strength is also lower.
