目的:应用后装设备在纤维支气管镜引导下将192Ir 导入支气管内进行腔内放疗治疗癌性支气管阻塞。方法:常规纤支镜检查后,清除肿瘤表面分泌物,将施源器导管经活检孔导入病变部位,在3 级以下支气管,将纤支镜与施源器一起固定;3 级以上支气管,拔出纤支镜,固定施源器,接后装机进行放疗。结论:该方法对肺癌引起的支气管阻塞具有良好的再通效果,作用快、疗效好、副作用少
OBJECTIVE: To apply 192Ir into the bronchus with fiberoptic bronchoscopy guided by fiberoptic bronchoscopy for intracavitary radiotherapy to treat cancerous bronchial obstruction. METHODS: After routine bronchoscopy, tumor surface secretions were removed. The donor catheter was inserted into the lesion through the biopsy hole. In the bronchus below grade 3, the bronchoscope and the applicator were fixed together. Fiber bronchoscope, fixed applicator, then installed radiotherapy. Conclusion: This method has a good recanalization effect on bronchial obstruction caused by lung cancer. It has a rapid effect, good curative effect and less side effects.
