在脑瘫患儿中比较常规下肢矫形手术与以功能性电刺激 (FES)结合有限的矫形手术的疗效。选择17例脑瘫患儿参加此项前瞻性对比观察 ,其中手术组 9例行常规矫形手术 ,FES组 8例放置经皮FES电极和有限的矫形手术 ,术后在家行FES行走训练。 1年后 ,所有患儿在被动ROM、步态时空参数及总体运动功能方面均有改善 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗前后各项评定结果均未见组间差异 ,但FES组患儿比手术组者要少作 4 .5个手术。此结果表明FES结合有限的手术可获得类似的功能 ,而所需手术部位及数量较常规矫形手术要少。
In children with cerebral palsy more common lower extremity orthopedic surgery and functional electrical stimulation (FES) combined with limited orthopedic surgery. Seventeen children with cerebral palsy were enrolled in this prospective comparative study. Nine patients underwent routine orthopedic surgery in the operation group, 8 patients in the FES group underwent percutaneous FES electrodes and limited orthopedic surgery, and were followed up for FES walking training at home. After 1 year, all children had improvements in passive ROM, gait spatio-temporal parameters and overall motor function (P <0.05). There was no difference between the groups before and after the treatment, but the FES group had 4.5 fewer surgeries than the surgery group. This result shows that FES combined with limited surgery can obtain similar functions, and the required surgical site and the number of less than conventional orthopedic surgery.
