社会经济文化发展的新形势下,传统的音乐专业评价体系已经不能满足当下教学的需要,也不能很好地达到激励学生学习、促进学生全面发展的教学效果。根据学生的学习特点及专业发展需求,教师应遵循学生的个体差异,从课内课外考核入手。教师可开发多元化课内评定模式,如音乐课的课程本位评定、音乐表演技能的动态评定、期末教师自编测验等,并对课外综合表现力进行测评,例如举办音乐会,开展艺术社会实践,对学生参与比赛的获奖情况测评等,这样才能对学生进行综合、客观、科学地评价,充分体现学生的能力和价值,从根本上提升学生的专业能力。
