目的:研究血府逐瘀汤、温胆汤和天麻钩藤饮对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)心肌组织内IGF-1和TGF-β1表达的影响。方法:16周龄自发性高血压大鼠50只,随机分为5组:模型组、卡托普利组、血府逐瘀汤组、温胆汤组和天麻钩藤饮组,每组10只大鼠,正常对照组WKY大鼠10只;SHR用血府逐瘀汤、温胆汤和天麻钩藤饮连续干预治疗8 w,RT-PCR检测三方对SHR心肌组织内IGF-1和TGF-β1mRNA表达的影响。结果:卡托普利、血府逐瘀汤、温胆汤和天麻钩藤饮能显著抑制SHR心肌组织TGF-β1和IGF-1 mRNA的表达(P<0.01)。结论:血府逐瘀汤、温胆汤和天麻钩藤饮能减缓或逆转高血压心肌纤维化,其机制可能与抑制心肌中TGF-β1和IGF-1的表达有关。
Objective: To study the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, Wendan Decoction and Tianma Gouteng Decoction on the expression of IGF-1 and TGF-β1 in myocardium of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods: Fifteen of 16-week-old spontaneously hypertensive rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group, captopril group, Xuefuzhuyu Decoction group, Wendan Decoction group and Tianma Gouteng Decoction group, with 10 Only 10 rats in WKY group and 10 rats in normal control group were treated by continuous administration of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, Wendan Decoction and Tianma Gouteng Decoction for 8 weeks. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of IGF-1 and TGF in SHR -β1 mRNA expression. Results: Captopril, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, Wendan Decoction and Tianma Gouteng Decoction could significantly inhibit the expression of TGF-β1 and IGF-1 mRNA in SHR myocardium (P <0.01). Conclusion: Xuefuzhuyu Decoction, Wendan Decoction and Tianma Gouteng Decoction can slow down or reverse myocardial fibrosis. The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of the expression of TGF-β1 and IGF-1 in myocardium.
