由胰岛细胞发生的肿瘤,围其有内分泌功能,故在临床上产生相应的症状,较易诊断。但是不伴有内分泌功能异常,无明显症状的非功能胰岛细胞瘤则较难发现。本院遇1例,报告如下。
The tumors that are caused by the islet cells are surrounded by endocrine functions, so they produce clinically relevant symptoms and are easier to diagnose. However, non-functioning islet cell tumors that are not associated with abnormal endocrine function and no obvious symptoms are more difficult to find. There were 1 case in this hospital.
