研究15Wt%Cr白口铸铁在15μm振幅、20kHz超声设备条件下,50℃蒸馏水和0.02%及3%食盐水中气蚀情况,同时测定该材料在3%食盐溶液中腐蚀过程电化学性能。此外还研究经长期退火、激光表面熔化、激光表面淬火及铸铁等离子渗氮的影响。最后估算了在静态和气蚀情况下,腐蚀电流对冲蚀和总的气蚀影响。
The corrosion behavior of 15Wt% Cr white cast iron in distilled water of 50 ℃ and 0.02% and 3% salt water at 15μm amplitude and 20kHz ultrasonic equipment was studied. The electrochemical performance of the material in 3% salt solution was also studied. In addition, the effects of long-term annealing, laser surface melting, laser surface hardening and cast iron plasma nitriding were also studied. Finally, the effects of corrosion current on erosion and total cavitation are evaluated under static and cavitation conditions.
