近年来,我国爆发了大量的食品安全事件,其背后的原因就在于科技的“造真”——利用抗生素、激素、食品添加剂甚至违禁药物让食品增产、好看、好吃,造成潜在的、普遍的食品安全风险。国家应该重视这种新型的“造真型”食品安全风险,严厉禁止已经证明有负作用的科技,降低科技在食品业的应用,支持有机食品产业的发挥,才能从根本上预防这种“造真型”食品安全风险。
