目的:通过教学改革提高大学生单手投篮准确性质量,创新发展体育课教学改革路径。研究方法为教学实验,对128名男生采用B、A组两种教法,前后各6节课。课前后测试C、B、A组单手投篮入框成绩计均值,并随机抽样各10名男生投篮成绩,数据处理,对照比较效果。统计方法为方差分析和t检验。结论:通过实验研究证明A教改课与B普通教学课效果差异显著,说明教改课提高投篮成绩明显。意义:A教改课是成功的,具有统计学意义,该投篮教学方法有推广价值。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the accuracy of single-handed shooting of college students through teaching reform and to innovate and develop the teaching reform path of physical education. Research methods for teaching experiments, 128 boys using B, A two methods, before and after each of the 6 classes. C, B, A group before and after the test single-handed shooting into the box average score, and a random sampling of 10 boys shooting results, data processing, comparison of the results. Conclusion: The experimental study proves that there is significant difference between A teaching reform and B general teaching, which shows that teaching reform can improve the shooting performance obviously. Significance: A teaching reform is successful, with statistical significance, the teaching methods of the shot there to promote value.
