《小学科学课程标准(2011年修订版)》指出:“全面提高每一个学生的科学素质是科学课程的核心理念。”小学科学作为小学生科学文化素质教育的核心课程,其实施效果的好坏直接关乎学生全面发展目标的实现程度,而科学剖析小学科学课程的主体构成要素,成功定位各个主体的角色,让小学科学课程的每一个构成要素的功能和价值都能够得到最大强度的发挥,正是小学科学课程教学效果的根本所在。因此,如果把小学科学课程的教学过程形象地看成是一趟为了抵达梦想彼岸的伟大航行,那么与学生息息

It is the fundamentals of the teaching effect of elementary science courses.
