由铁道部科学研究院通信信号研究所研制的推送小车微机控制系统,于1989年3月10日在徐州站通过铁科院和济南铁路局的鉴定。该控制系统结构合理,采用继电器电路和微计算机控制,实现推送小车控制功能,完善了减速器+推送小车点连式调速系统。由于广泛采用微机技术,解决了原来仅采用继电器电路难以解决的全场小车与公用油泵电机组之间的组合和逻辑控制难点。小车走行距误差精度控制在0.5m之内,满足运营要求。本控制系统在电机预备状态,延时停机,电机起动台数、小车动作台数、油泵供油台数相等以及在安全保护、故障自检、报警功能等方面,做了
By the Ministry of Railways Institute of Science and Technology Institute of Communication Signal developed a push car microcomputer control system, on March 10, 1989 in Xuzhou Railway Station by the ASTRI and Jinan Railway Bureau identification. The control system has a reasonable structure and adopts the control of the relay circuit and the microcomputer to realize the control function of the push carriage and improve the point speed control system of the decelerator + push carriage. Due to the extensive use of microcomputer technology, it solves the difficulties of combination and logic control between the audience car and the common pump motor unit, which were difficult to be solved by using only the relay circuit.
