本文研究了花生第4节位叶片从苗期到收获的整个生长发育过程中多胺代谢酶活性及游离多胺含量的变化.结果表明,不同生育阶段,多胺代谢酶活性和游离多胺含量发生规律性变化.精氨酸脱羧酶(ADC)活性苗期最高,以后逐渐下降;鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)活性苗期较低,结荚期达到最大,以后随着衰老逐渐降低;二脸氧化酶(DAO)、多胺氧化酶(PAO)活性则是开花结荚期较高,以后开始降低.游离多胺总量结荚期达到最高,以后逐渐下降,Put/(Spd+Spm)(腐胺/精胺+亚精胺)在整个生育过程中呈上升趋势.说明不同生育阶段花生叶片中多胺及其相应的代谢产物与花生正常生长发育密切相关.
In this paper, we studied the changes of polyamine metabolic enzyme activities and free polyamine contents during the growth and development of the fourth leaf position of peanut from seedling stage to harvest.The results showed that at different growth stages, the activities of polyamine metabolic enzymes and free polyamine The activity of arginine decarboxylase (ADC) was the highest at seedling stage and then decreased gradually. The activity of ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) was lower at seedling stage and reached the maximum at podding stage and then gradually decreased with aging; The activities of surface oxidase (DAO) and polyamine oxidase (PAO) were higher during the flowering and podding stages and then began to decrease.The total amount of free polyamines reached the peak at podding stage and then gradually decreased, and Put / (Spd + Spm) (Putrescine / spermine + spermidine) showed an upward trend throughout the whole reproductive process, indicating that polyamines and their metabolites in peanut leaves at different growth stages are closely related to the normal growth and development of peanuts.
