创意活动的规模报酬递增和不完全竞争属性,使文化产业形成垄断竞争的市场结构。大中小文化企业在创意生产中占有的不同地位,“发包”创意的大型企业比“承包”创意的中小企业,拥有更多的市场势力,因而具有生产效率和融资成本优势。中小企业要立足自身的创意优势,寻找具有比较优势的融资选择,特别是发展智力特征的创业型资金、融资成本弹性较大的关系型融资、围绕特定创意人的无形资产融资。
The increasing scale returns and imperfect competitive attributes of creative activities make the cultural industry form a monopolistic market structure. Large and medium-sized cultural enterprises in creative production occupy different positions, “outsourcing ” creative large-scale enterprises than “contract ” creative small and medium enterprises, have more market forces, which has the advantages of production efficiency and financing costs. Small and medium-sized enterprises should base their own creative superiority on finding financing options with comparative advantage, especially developing entrepreneurial funds with intellectual characteristics, relational financing with greater financing cost flexibility, and financing intangible assets of specific creative persons.
