最近,我们带着如何搞好国有企业这一难点问题,前往襄樊市进行调查研究。先后通过走访和座谈,8个企业的厂长、经理和市经委主任、市体改委主任都敞开思想,讲了很多实际问题。总的来说,目前襄樊市省属和地方国有企业的效益都不够好。襄樊市经委管理的120家重点骨干企业,1996年1—8月,亏损总额达1.89亿元。其中市直属55家企业只有13家赢利,亏损面70％。为什么国有企业的亏损面越来越大呢?归纳8位厂长和两位主任的意见,有以下6个方面的原因:
Recently, we have carried out investigations and studies on how to do a good job in solving the difficult problem of state-owned enterprises. Through visits and discussions, the director, manager of the eight companies, the director of the Municipal Economic Commission, and the director of the Municipal Commission for Economic Restructuring opened their minds and talked about practical issues. In general, the benefits of provincial and local state-owned enterprises in Xiangfan City are currently not good enough. The 120 key enterprises under the management of Xiangfan City Economic Commission, from January to August 1996, the total loss amounted to 189 million yuan. Among the 55 companies directly under the city, only 13 were profitable and the loss was 70%. Why are the losses of state-owned enterprises growing larger and larger?
