本文旨在精确确定牌脏的节段解剖及其血管分布,共研究127例人体脾脏,其中50例脾脏系死后即刻采取的,77例为尸解标本,分离脾周韧带,游离脾脏,切除胰尾,保留脾动脉和脾静脉。先肉眼观察,确定脾脏的血管结构,特别是节段血管,然后插管,以便进行放射学和腐蚀模型研究。结果 (一)脾血管结构:1.脾总动脉(原称脾动脉)一均来自腹腔动脉轴的单一主干,但有一例有第二支牌动脉,直接起自主动脉并供应脾上极。均行走于胰腺
The purpose of this paper is to accurately determine the anatomical and anatomical distribution of the diseased vessels. A total of 127 human spleens were studied. Fifty spleens were taken immediately after their death, 77 were autopsy specimens. Splenic ligaments were dissected and spleens were removed. End of the tail, retaining the splenic artery and splenic vein. First macroscopic observation, to determine the structure of the spleen blood vessels, especially segmental vessels, and then intubation for radiological and corrosion model studies.
