研究了煤矿用连接环技术性能要求及其失效形式,系统地试验研究了连接环用铜20MnVB 亚温淬火工艺,分析比较了二相区加热温度、加热时间、回火温度变化及不同加热速度下对复合组织及形态的影响,确定了连接环亚温淬火的最佳工艺。试验研究中发现预拉强化也是提高连接环疲劳寿命的最有效手段,试验研究了预拉强化对连接环静拉伸性能和疲劳寿命的影响,还比较分析了预拉力的大小、预拉时间的长短,找出了最佳的预拉强化工艺。
The performance requirements and failure modes of connecting ring for coal mine are studied. The technology of sub-temperature quenching with copper 20MnVB for connecting ring is systematically studied. The heating temperature, heating time, tempering temperature and heating rate of two phase region are analyzed and compared The influence of composite microstructure and morphology, identified the best process of sub-temperature quenching of the connection ring. It is also found that the pre-tensioning is the most effective way to improve the fatigue life of the connecting ring. The effects of pre-tensioning on the static tensile properties and the fatigue life of the connecting ring are investigated experimentally. The size of the pre-tensioning force, the pre-tensioning time Length, find the best pre-pull enhanced technology.
