以玉米植株为材料研究了骤然干旱下植株根、茎、叶的水分状况参数、细胞膜透性、可溶性糖的变化 ,实验结果表明 ,骤干条件下植株根、茎、叶的变化不同 ,其中骤干处理后茎部含水量明显高于根及叶部 ,其渗透势低于根和叶 ,可溶性糖含量明显高于后者。骤干条件下植株可溶性糖有优先供应茎部的趋势 ,其结果降低了茎部的渗透势 ,提高了茎部的保水能力 ,使对干旱敏感的幼嫩部位少受伤害 ,这可能是骤然干旱条件下植株特有的保护性反应
The changes of water status, membrane permeability and soluble sugar in roots, stems and leaves under sudden drought were studied using maize plants as materials. The results showed that the changes of roots, stems and leaves of the plants under different conditions were different, The dry matter content of stems was significantly higher than that of roots and leaves, and its osmotic potential was lower than that of roots and leaves, soluble sugar content was significantly higher than the latter. Soy soluble sugars tend to be preferentially supplied to the stem under conditions of rapid drying, and as a result the osmotic potential of the stem is reduced, the water holding capacity of the stem is increased, and the drought-sensitive young part is less damaged, which may be a sudden drought Plant-specific protective reaction
