徐悲鸿先生将中国画改良观念和实践贯穿于一生的艺术创作和教育教学中。本文基于徐悲鸿先生已发表刊登的作品和言论,总结归纳了徐先生中国画改良观依次经历的师法自然时期、写实主义时期和现实主义时期的流变过程,剖析了各时期的特征和艺术观念,通过阐述各时期的联系和差异发现,三个时期属于继承而非取代的关系,受控于各时期时代背景,作品存在实实在在的微妙差异和侧重倾向,由此构成了独特的徐悲鸿艺术观体系。
Mr. Xu Beihong will be the concept and practice of Chinese painting reform throughout his life of artistic creation and education. Based on the published works and remarks published by Mr. Xu Beihong, this paper summarizes the changing process of Xu’s mastering Chinese painting in the natural period, realism period and realism period, analyzes the characteristics and artistic concepts of each period, By elaborating on the connections and differences in each period, we find that the three periods belong to the relationship of inheritance instead of substitution, which is controlled by the background of each period. There are real subtle differences and tendencies in the works, thus forming the unique Xu Beihong artistic concept system.
