为查明内毒素性双相热第一时相中体温升高与血浆及脑脊液中PGE或cAMP含量变化之间的关系,用20只家兔随机分为内毒素水杨酸钠实验组和内毒素生理盐水对照组。实验结果如下:(1)首次注射1.0mM随后灌注8μM/分钟水杨酸钠,可阻断由注射1.0μg/kg内毒素引起的血浆、脑脊液中PGE含量升高,但对其引起的发热效应没有影响。(2)在动物体温升高的同时,脑脊液、血浆中cAMP含量明显升高并与体温升高呈明显正相关,这些变化不受水杨酸钠对PGE含量增高的阻断作用所影响。作者推论:1.在本实验条件下,血浆、脑脊液中PGE含量升高,不是内毒素第一时相发热机制的主要环节。2.中枢cAMP含量升高在内毒素发热机制中起重要作用。3.在内毒素第一时相发热中,血浆及脑脊液cAMP含量增多,并非由PGE含量增高所介导。
In order to find out the relationship between the increase of body temperature and the content of PGE or cAMP in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) during the first phase of endotoxin-induced biphasic heat, twenty rabbits were randomly divided into endotoxin salicylate experimental group and Toxic saline control group. The experimental results are as follows: (1) The first injection of 1.0mM followed by the infusion of 8μM / min sodium salicylate blocked the increase of PGE in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid induced by 1.0μg / kg endotoxin injection, but its pyrogenic effect No effect. These changes were not affected by the blocking effect of sodium salicylate on the increase of PGE. The authors corollary: 1. In this experimental conditions, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid PGE content is not the first phase of endotoxin heat mechanism of the main part. 2. Increased central cAMP content plays an important role in the mechanism of endotoxin fever. 3. Endotoxin in the first phase of fever, plasma and cerebrospinal fluid cAMP increased, not by the PGE content is mediated.
