举重是一项以发展力量为主的竞技体育运动。为了使运动员在训练中避免更多的运动损伤,应采取较科学、系统的训练方法,在较短的时间内取得发展力量的显著效果。
Weightlifting is an athletic sport dominated by development forces. In order to prevent more sports injuries during training, athletes should adopt a more scientific and systematic training method to achieve remarkable results in terms of development strength in a relatively short period of time.
