通过工业性实验和实际生产表明用细石灰粉使铁水脱硫是经济、可行的,并可获得较高的脱硫率。细石灰粉的流动性差、较难输送和喷吹,需有适宜的喷吹设备。所研究成功的压力罐,可以稳定均匀的输送粉剂,无振动和脉动现象发生。为了防止铁水喷溅而采用的防溅罩,能有效地防止喷溅,并具有密封作用,以防止大气侵入。细石灰粉脱硫剂的研究成功以及在实际工业生产中所取得的经验,将给我国发展铁水脱硫处理技术创造有利条件。
