本文讨论了桥式起重机主梁预拱曲线的形状与预拱度大小的问题。分析结果指出,合理的预拱曲线应当是两端具有水乎切线的四次抛物线,而不是通常采用的二次抛物线。通过分析,得到了进行起重机金属结构弹性变形补偿的一般规律,并把它应用到门座起重机与浮吊的变幅系统设计中。最后,还提出了利用补偿方法节省变幅系统自重平衡活动对重的重量的可能性。本文写于1975年3月.1976年5月28日收到修改稿。新建议新设想
This paper discusses the problem of pre-camber curve shape and pre-camber curve of bridge girder. The analysis shows that a reasonable pre-arch curve should be a quadratic parabola with a water-cut tangent at both ends, rather than the commonly used quadratic parabola. Through the analysis, the general rule of compensating the elastic deformation of the crane’s metal structure is obtained and applied to the design of the luffing system of the portal cranes and floating cranes. Finally, the possibility of using the compensation method to save the weight of the luffing system and balance the heavy weight of the activity is also proposed.
