由电力工业部科技委组织的天生桥水电站施工方案讨论会于1982年2月22日至3月1日在北京召开。38个单位74名代表参加了会议。李鹗鼎付部长出席了会议并做了重要讲话,他强调指出:西南水电站的开发是解决华南能源问题的战略措施,而长大隧洞的开挖是西南水电工程建设的关键。会上六个单位的代表对天生桥水电站的施工方案和国内外隧洞开挖近况作了详细介绍。会议期间,代表们满意地参观了正用国产掘进机施工的引滦入津隧洞工程。与会代表对天生桥水电站总长达44公里的隧洞的施工方法展开了热烈讨论。大部分代表认为:在开挖方法上,应该掘进机与钻爆法并
The Tianshengqiao Hydropower Station Construction Project Seminar, organized by the Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Power Industry, was held in Beijing from February 22 to March 1, 1982. 74 representatives of 38 units attended the meeting. Minister Li 鹗 Ding Fu attended the meeting and made an important speech. He stressed: The development of Southwest Hydropower Station is a strategic measure to solve the energy problem in South China, and the excavation of long tunnels is the key to the construction of Southwest Hydropower Project. At the meeting, representatives of six units made detailed introduction to the construction scheme of Tianshengqiao Hydropower Station and the current status of tunnel excavation at home and abroad. During the meeting, the delegates paid a satisfactory visit to the Luanhe Irrigation Tunnel being constructed with a domestic boring machine. Participants on the Tianshengqiao Hydropower Station total length of 44 km of the tunnel construction method has launched a lively discussion.
