目的:探讨两种微波炉在电镜标本制备中的应用效果对比。方法:分别采用两种微波炉对电镜标本聚合,进行电镜标本制备的实验性探索。结果:同种功率的微波采用同种实验条件聚合电镜标本,其切片同样完整,不易破碎,标本超微结构图像清晰、染色效果理想。结论:在相同功率及实验条件下运用家用微波炉制备电镜标本,其标本制备结果与使用医用微波炉制备结果无明显差别,可将家用微波炉运用到日常工作中。
Objective: To compare the application effects of two kinds of microwave ovens in the preparation of electron microscopy specimens. Methods: Two types of microwave ovens were used to polymerize electron microscopy specimens, respectively. Results: The same type of microwave power using the same experimental conditions polycrystalline electron microscopy specimens, the same slice intact, not easily broken, the specimen ultrastructure image is clear, the dyeing effect is ideal. Conclusion: It is no significant difference between the preparation results of the samples and the results of the medical microwave oven using the domestic microwave oven under the same power and experimental conditions. The domestic microwave oven can be applied to daily work.
