目的分析饮食控制对于妊娠期糖尿病的治疗效果。方法选取本院2014年1月至2016年3月期间收治的122例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为本次实验的研究对象,根据其干预形式的差异,将参与实验的患者分为两个不同的小组,将其分别命名为对照组与研究组,每个小组的患者均为61例,对照组应用常规的方式进行治疗,研究组则在对照组基础上为患者提供饮食控制,干预后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者血糖的控制效果明显优于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食控制对于妊娠期糖尿病的治疗效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of diet control on gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 122 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus admitted from January 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the differences of their intervention forms, the patients participating in the experiment were divided into two groups, Named as control group and research group, each group of patients were 61 cases, the control group using conventional methods of treatment, the study group on the basis of the control group to provide patients with diet control, after intervention, compared two groups Patient’s therapeutic effect. Results After treatment, the control effect of blood sugar in study group was significantly better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Diet control has significant therapeutic effect on gestational diabetes mellitus, which is worth promoting.
