我厂设计制作的20高锡铝基钢背加垫主轴瓦及连杆瓦,自1970年用于北京内燃段0014号柴油机,先后装在东风型1230号和1211号机车上,截止1973年7月已累计运用了340,662公里(即两个架修走行公里)。1972年5月,当1230号机车走行了170,042公里作第一次架修时,我们曾会同戚墅堰机车车辆工艺研究所和北京内燃段对该柴油机的轴瓦和曲轴进行过一次测检。在这以后,0014号柴油机被换装于1211号机车上,到1973年8月该车入我厂厂修,我们又对其轴瓦和曲轴进行了第二次测检。现将本次测检情况及初步分析整理以下。
Our factory designed and manufactured 20 high-tin aluminum steel back pad mats and connecting rod shingles. Since 1970, it has been used on the No. 0014 diesel engine of Beijing Internal Combustion Segment, and has been installed on Dongfeng 1230 and 1211 locomotives successively. As of July 1973, The month has used a total of 340,662 kilometers (that is, two racks traveled km). In May 1972, when the No. 1230 locomotive traveled 170,042 kilometers for the first time to be repaired, we conducted a seizure of the bearing shells and crankshafts of the diesel engine with the Qishuyan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Technology Research Institute and Beijing’s internal combustion section. After that, No. 0014 diesel engine was refitted on No. 1211 locomotive, and it was put into our factory and repaired in August, 1973.
