几十载的教学生涯,使她积累了丰富的教学经验,形成了独特的教学风格,也因此赢得了社会的尊重。然而,她并不满足于既有的声誉,当白发悄然蔓生的时候,她把着眼点转向了初涉讲台的青年教师,去发现他们,理解他们,扶掖他们,使自己和其他经验丰富的老教师的教学特色在他们身上再现、发展、创新。于是,她开始了漫长的、不知何为终极的寻觅。
Several decades of teaching career, she has accumulated a wealth of teaching experience, formed a unique teaching style, and therefore won the respect of society. However, she was not satisfied with her existing reputation. When the white hair quietly creeped, she turned her attention to the young teachers who had begun to podium, to discover them, to understand them, to assist them, to make themselves and other experienced people. The teaching features of the old teachers reproduce, develop, and innovate in them. So she began a long, unknown search.
