引言 在多线蜗杆小速比传动中,平面包络弧面蜗杆的齿面存在着根切与齿顶变尖的问题。为根本解决这个问题,有必要寻求新的砂轮母面及其传动形式。作者提出以磨削工艺为基础的球面包络与圆弧螺旋面包络弧面蜗杆传动两种形式,经过初步理论分析与实例计算,正可以从根本上解决多线小速比弧面蜗杆上的根切与变尖问题。而且在一般正常速比的传动中同样具有和平面包络弧面蜗杆传动相当的传动啮合性能。
