核心竞争力是一个系统的概念。本文将从保险公司核心竞争力的关键要素切入,从三方面剖析我国保险公司核心竞争力的瓶颈问题,并提出相应的对策建议:(1)需要加大险种研发创新能力的培育;(2)需要不断培育风险控制能力;(3)建立保险公司与核心竞争力相匹配的企业文化。
Core competence is a systematic concept. This article will cut through the key elements of the core competitiveness of insurance companies and analyze the bottleneck of the core competitiveness of China’s insurance companies from three aspects and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: (1) to cultivate the R & D innovation ability of insurance companies; (2) Need to constantly cultivate risk control ability; (3) establish the insurance company and core competitiveness of the corporate culture.
