引言植物病毒的血清学诊断和毒株鉴定常受到病毒非专化性反应和习惯方法从甚至用高度纯化的病毒免疫的温血动物获得的抗血清的质量差别的干扰。用这种方法获得的抗血清主要有三个缺点:(1)抗体和病毒的决定族反应参差不齐。(2)抗血清不能够无限制的生产。(3)由于各个动物甚至近交系同胎生的各动物对抗原反应不同,所以,就不可能生产统一标准化的抗血清。为了改进血清学检测及特征的专化性和敏感性,选用了人们已经充分研究过的
Introduction The serological diagnosis and strain identification of plant viruses are often interfered by the non-specific reaction of viruses and the customary methods from the qualitative difference of antisera obtained from warm-blooded animals immunized with highly purified virus. Antisera obtained by this method have three major drawbacks: (1) The antibody and the virus determine the family reaction is uneven. (2) Antisera can not be produced without restriction. (3) It is impossible to produce a uniform and standardized antiserum because each animal or even an inbred animal has a different antigen-to-antigen reaction.
