全心全意依靠工人阶级,这既是一个重要的理论问题,又是一个重要的实践问题。在理论上,要从历史唯物主义的高度、从无产阶级政党和社会主义国家性质的高度、从职工群众是企业主人的高度,强化全心全意依靠工人阶级的认识;在实践上。要发挥广大职工的参政议政作用、主力军作用和民主监督作用,把全心全意依靠工人阶级落到实处;要从政治、经济等各个方面,切实关心广大职工的待遇。只有这样,才能将变理论为实践。
Wholeheartedly relying on the working class is not only an important theoretical issue but also an important practical issue. In theory, we should start from the height of historical materialism, from the proletarian political party and the nature of the socialist countries, from the height of the workers and the masses as the business owners, and from strengthening our understanding of wholeheartedly relying on the working class; in practice. We should give full play to the role of the masses of workers in participating in the deliberation and administration of state affairs, the role of the main force, and the role of democratic supervision.
