70 cases of various types of viral hepatitis patients were tested for microcirculation of formazan, and 22 healthy people as a control group were compared. Results: The scores of microcirculation of nailflies in patients with various types of hepatitis were significantly higher than those in healthy people (P <0.01), and their scores increased with the progress of patients’ condition. It is considered that the detection of nail loop microcirculation can be used as an auxiliary diagnosis item of viral hepatitis and can be used to judge the condition and prognosis of severe hepatitis with reference to the value of the integral value. Drugs that can clear microcirculation can also be used according to the indexes such as flow rate and erythrocyte aggregation.
