大量研究证明,肿瘤的形成要经过始动和促进两个阶段,始动与细胞突变密切相关。为开辟肿瘤化学预防新途径,使突变物失活或抑制突变过程的抗突变研究,近10年来方兴未艾。中药是我国的宝贵医学遗产,近年来的研究正揭示其在拮抗或抑制突变作用上的独特优势。中药成分复杂,可因产地、采摘季节及提取溶剂的不同,抑制突变的效果不尽一致。鉴于不同的抑制因子在突变、癌变的不同阶段发挥作用,因此可用不同检测系统的不同作用模式来证实对各种致突变物或致癌物的抑制效应。本实验以大肠杆菌CM891为测试菌株,通过抑制突变、抗突变两种作用模式研究了16种中药水
A large number of studies have shown that the formation of tumors requires two phases: initiation and promotion. Initiation is closely related to cell mutation. In order to open up new ways of cancer chemoprevention, to inactivate mutants or to suppress the antimutagenicity of mutations, it has been in the ascendance in the past 10 years. Traditional Chinese medicine is a valuable medical heritage in China. Recent studies are revealing its unique advantages in antagonizing or inhibiting mutations. Traditional Chinese medicines are complex in composition, and the effect of suppressing mutations may not be uniform due to the origin, the picking season, and the extraction solvent. Since different inhibitory factors play a role in the different stages of mutation and carcinogenesis, different modes of action of different detection systems can be used to confirm the inhibitory effects on various mutagens or carcinogens. In this experiment, Escherichia coli CM891 was used as a test strain, and 16 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine waters were studied by inhibiting mutation and antimutation.
