为了解市售水产品中铅和镉的污染状况,于2011年采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对东台市各农贸市场中10个品种的173份水产品进行铅、镉含量的检测,并对其国标检测方法进行优化,采用硝酸-过氧化氢进行微波消解,以磷酸二氢铵-氯化钯作基体改进剂。结果显示铅和镉分别在5.0~50.0μg/L和0.5~5.0μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数大于0.999,铅、镉最低检出限分别为2.4μg/kg(湿重)和0.18μg/kg(湿重),加标回收率为90.6%~107.7%,RSD均小于10%。10个品种的173份水产品铅含量均在国家标准限量内,而镉含量有28份超标,其中龙虾超标率为27.27%(24/88),提示水产品的镉污染应引起关注。
In order to understand the pollution status of lead and cadmium in commercial aquatic products, the content of lead and cadmium in 173 aquatic products of 10 varieties in each farmer’s market of Dongtai were detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in 2011, GB test methods were optimized using nitric acid - hydrogen peroxide microwave digestion to ammonium dihydrogen phosphate - palladium chloride as a matrix modifier. The results showed that the linearity of lead and cadmium in the range of 5.0 ~ 50.0μg / L and 0.5 ~ 5.0μg / L were good, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, the detection limits of lead and cadmium were 2.4μg / kg and 0.18μg / kg (wet weight), the spiked recoveries ranged from 90.6% to 107.7%, and RSDs were less than 10%. The lead content of 173 aquatic products of 10 cultivars were within the limits of the national standard, while the cadmium content exceeded 28.27% (24/88), indicating that the cadmium pollution of aquatic products should be concerned.
