本文是在一些建井工程中推广统筹方法的总结,并提出了一个简便的计算方法——三角阵解。根据矩阵理论制作了一个三角阵,将统筹网络中各工序时间信息输入三角阵后,通过一定程序的编号与计算,便可获得工程管理所需的大量信息。手工计算程序化、简单准确、便于检查,可用于网络节点数在200个以内的工程。文中介绍了河北邯邢九龙口矿井巷工程中统筹方法的具体应用。
This article is a summary of the promotion of co-ordination in some well construction projects, and presents a simple calculation method - triangular solution. According to the matrix theory, a triangular matrix is created. After the time information of all processes in the integrated network is input to the triangular matrix, a great deal of information needed for project management can be obtained through the numbering and calculation of a certain program. Manual calculation program, simple and accurate, easy to check, can be used for network nodes in less than 200 projects. The paper introduces the application of co-ordination method in Jiulongkou mine shaft project in Handan, Hebei.
