目前我国各地对香稻的选育和开发利用已引起较广泛的兴趣。本文综合介绍日本香稻的资源、特点、分化、栽培,以及增强香米品质等内容。鉴于日本是一个地理条件复杂,气候条件特殊的地区,这些条件所形成日木香稻类型及其栽培技术的多样性,可提供我国从事香稻研究的农业工作者在进行引种、改良、推广、高产栽培时的参考。
At present, the breeding, development and utilization of fragrant rice around China have aroused a wider interest. This article describes the Japanese fragrant rice resources, characteristics, differentiation, cultivation, and enhance the quality of rice and so on. Given that Japan is a region with complicated geographical conditions and special climatic conditions, the diversity of Japanese woody rice varieties and their cultivation techniques formed by these conditions can provide opportunities for agricultural workers engaged in research on fragrant rice in our country to introduce, improve, popularize, High-yielding cultivation reference.
