Many companies today find it difficult to consistently formulate and execute high-quality decisions. The adoption of complex schemes and matrix organization charts exposes managers to multiple layers of reporting relationships and tasks, requiring them to make many new or non-repeating decisions. But the result is that when managers make important decisions, they will find their tasks unclear. In fact, this is unnecessary.
